Parcel lockers for Belarusian branch of DPD logistic corporation
About the project
In October 2021, Belarusian branch of the DPD international logistics corporation began the implementation of Smartix parcel lockers. The joint project of DPD Bel, Smartix LLC and the Belarusian integrator of self-service systems - SONET group of companies includes the development, supply, integration with the customer's existing information systems, as well as commissioning and maintenance of a network of parcel lockers in the Republic of Belarus.
Smartix software product was finalized to meet the business objectives of DPD Bel, taking into account the specifics of the Belarusian legislation. Integration with DPD systems was carried out both on the side of Belarus and on the side of the parent organization in the Russian Federation, all the necessary Belarusian services (SMS notifications, etc.) were connected.

Result
Software and hardware complex basically solves the entire set of tasks for automating delivery in the interests of small and large transport or logistics companies. DPD project demonstrates the experience and competencies of Smartix specialists in working with customers of the appropriate level.
If client has ready-made devices from third-party manufacturers, Smartix software adapts to existing equipment and the functionality can be flexibly modified to meet the required conditions.
