Until now our system supported sending notifications to customers about the availability of an order at parcel locker via SMS or Telegram bot. Now we have additionally implemented integration with the service for sending notifications via WhatsApp.
Customer notification capabilities for SMS, Telegram and WhatsApp include:
- Notifications about the order being ready for pickup, as well as about storage periods, expiration dates and order pick up if it’s not claimed.
- Support for daily reminders about waiting for an order in cell to increase conversion.
- Setting up the time for sending messages within a limited framework (for example, prohibiting night time).
Notification service in the Smartix system in addition to SMS, Telegram and WhatsApp, supports any integration with notification sending systems, including those taking into account the local features of the project. If the existing functionality is not enough, we are ready to implement all the necessary modifications at the customer’s request to launch custom client notification service for end users.
