Lemana PRO parcel lockers – interface styling in corporate style

Since 2022, Lemana PRO (formerly Leroy Merlin Russia) has been using parcel lockers with our Smartix software as part of the Pick-Up 3.0 concept in 114 stores across Russia.

Lemana PRO parcel lockers automate the issuance of orders from the online store, simplify the self-pickup of goods through modern devices. Since the project launch, customer experience has improved qualitatively, the time for issuing goods has decreased and customer satisfaction with the process of receiving orders has reached 85% based on the consumer loyalty index.

Since June 2024, Leroy Merlin Russia has decided to rebrand and changed its name to Lemana PRO. Our specialists were tasked with stylizing the software of Lemana PRO parcel lockers in the corporate style. We redesigned the interfaces in the shortest possible time and performed a complete redesign at the customer’s request. Now Lemana PRO parcel lockers fully comply with the company’s new corporate style.

Our software for parcel lockers in addition to Lemana PRO is used by major companies such as Yandex.Market, DPD and within the Moscow Parcel Lockers project. The system was developed taking into account the needs of large, distributed systems and the amount of the parcel locker’s network of some of our customers exceeds 2000 devices. Accumulated experience of our specialists and relevant competencies confirm the required level of technology proficiency and readiness to work with large projects.
